Installing the Infrastructure Packages¶
Muppy and Pack8s rely on the following packages:
- Cert-Manager
- OVH Webhook for CertManager
- Traefik
- Kubernetes-Dashboard
- Muppy Kubernetes-Dashboard ingress
These packages are installed with the Qualifier "Infrastructure".
Cert-Manager Install¶
Cert-Manager is deployed as described in the official documentation, with kubectl.
OVH Webhook for Cert Manager¶
If you use DNS domains hosted at OVH — and you want the DNS challenge to validate your certificates — you must install this package as well.
Installing the Traefik helm chart¶
Traefik is installed with the official Traefik helm package.
Installing the Traefik Dashboard¶
The Traefik Dashboard Ingress Muppy Package installs an Ingress Route protected by a
middleware.
Installing Kubernetes-Dashboard¶
Kubernetes Dashboard is installed with the official helm package.
Installing the Kubernetes-Dashboard Ingress¶
The Muppy k8s Dashboard ingress - 3.x.x Muppy Package installs an Ingress Route that can
be disabled, or protected by a middleware.
