Full Backups

Start a backup from either:

  • the Databases tab of a Database Cluster, via Backup Databases
  • a database form, via Backup

Both open the Backup Databases wizard:

  1. Pick the S3 bucket that will hold the pg_dumps.
  2. Adjust the list of databases to back up.
  3. Optionally pick a pg_restore Callback Task.
  4. Click Launch.

The backup runs in the background as a Task. Follow it under Muppy / Qs.
